  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norm 44415\n\n                        Ratification by the Republic of Costa Rica of the Nagoya Protocol on\nAccess to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising\nfrom their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity and its Annex\n\nNo.\n44415-RREE\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND WORSHIP\n\nConsidering:\n\nI.-That\nthe Legislative Assembly, through Law number 10372 of the fourteenth of November\nof two thousand twenty-three, published in Scope number two hundred fifty-six of Digital Gazette number two hundred thirty-seven of the twenty-first of\nDecember of two thousand twenty-three, approved the Nagoya Protocol on Access to\nGenetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising\nfrom their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity and its\nAnnex, adopted on October 29, 2010, at the Tenth Meeting of the\nConference of the Parties, held in Nagoya, Japan.\n\nII.-That\nthe aforementioned Protocol shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after\nthe date on which said State or regional economic integration organization\nhas deposited its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval, or\naccession, or on the date on which the Convention enters into force for that State\nor regional economic integration organization, if that second date is\nlater.
