de 1975 y sus reformas.\n\nConsiderando:\n\n1º-Que\nmediante Ley Nº 8905 se estableció al Instituto Geográfico Nacional, en\nadelante IGN, como una dependencia del Registro Nacional, quien suscribirá los\ncontratos y convenios necesarios para el ejercicio de sus funciones. Asimismo,\nde conformidad con el artículo 1 de la Ley Nº 59, el IGN es \"la\ndependencia científica y técnica rectora de la cartografía nacional, destinada\na la ejecución del Mapa básico oficial y la Descripción básica geográfica de la\nRepública de Costa Rica y a los estudios, las investigaciones o labores y el\ndesarrollo de políticas nacionales de carácter cartográfico, geográfico,\ngeodésico, geofísico y de índole similar que tenga relación con dichas obras,\ncon el fin de apoyar los procesos de planificación.\"\n\n2º-Que la\nLey Nº 59 constituye al IGN de manera permanente y en representación del\nEstado, como la autoridad oficial en materia geodésica y de la representación\nespacial de la geografía de la República de Costa Rica, extendiéndose su\nautoridad a las actividades de cualquier orden que tengan por origen los\ntrabajos confiados a su cargo.\n\n3º-Que de\nconformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley N° 59, el artículo 62 del Decreto\nEjecutivo N° 7841-P Reglamento a la Ley sobre la Zona Marítimo Terrestre del 16\nde diciembre de 1977 y sus reformas, se reconoce la competencia del IGN para la\ndelimitación de la zona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre, y su\noficialización a través de publicación en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta;\nasimismo, el artículo 63 del Decreto Ejecutivo N° 7841-P señala que \"El\nInstituto Geográfico Nacional deberá publicar aviso en el Diario Oficial, de\ncada porción de la zona marítimo-terrestre en que haya demarcado la zona\npública.\"\n\n4º-Que el\nDecreto Ejecutivo N° 36642-MP-MOPTMINAET Reglamento de Especificaciones para la\nDelimitación de la zona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre del 28 de junio\ndel 2011, establece según el artículo 18 que para la delimitación de la zona\npública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre, el IGN podrá acudir a dos metodologías de\nejecución, indicados en los artículos 19 y 20, correspondientes a la\ndelimitación de la zona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre a través de la\ncolocación de mojones y/o a la delimitación digital georreferenciada, esto con\nel fin de agilizar las delimitaciones y proporcionar mayor seguridad técnica a\nlos interesados.\n\n5º-Que en\nel Decreto Ejecutivo N° 33797-MJ-MOPT Declara como datum\nhorizontal oficial para Costa Rica, el CR05, enlazado al Marco Internacional de\nReferencia Terrestre (ITRF2000) del Servicio Internacional de Rotación de la\nTierra (IERS) para la época de medición 2005.83 del 30 de marzo del 2007, entre\notros aspectos determina a la Red Geodésica Nacional de Referencia Horizontal\nCR05, y su proyección cartográfica asociada CRTM05, como el sistema\noficial al cual deben estar referidas las coordenadas de todos los trabajos\ngeodésicos, cartográficos y catastrales que se ejecuten en nuestro país,\nindicando específicamente en artículo 11 que: \"La Red Geodésica Nacional\nde Referencia Horizontal CR05 y el sistema de proyección cartográfica CRTM05,\nconstituirán el único sistema oficial de coordenadas para la República de Costa\nRica a partir del cual se debe referenciar todos los levantamientos y\nactividades cartográficos y geodésicos que desarrollen en el Territorio\nNacional toda dependencia pública, persona o entidad privada nacional o\nextranjera.\" ; en tanto el artículo 7 dispone que \"Conforme se\nproduzcan datos cartográficos en el nuevo sistema de proyección cartográfica\nCRTM05, el Instituto Geográfico Nacional publicará por los medios adecuados\naquella información que se ha oficializado.\"\n\n6º-Que el\nDecreto Ejecutivo Nº 40962-MJP Actualización del Sistema Geodésico de\nReferencia Horizontal Oficial para Costa Rica declara en su artículo 1 que\n\"El sistema geodésico de referencia horizontal oficial para Costa Rica,\ndenominado como CR05 y su materialización mediante la Red Geodésica Nacional,\ncambia en sus siglas a CRSIRGAS, como sistema de referencia horizontal oficial\npara la República de Costa Rica, enlazado al Marco Internacional de Referencia\nTerrestre ITRF2008 (IGb08), para la época de medición 2014.59, y en adelante,\nlos cambios y su actualización, se regirán de acuerdo a las nuevas definiciones\ndel ITRF que se implementen en la red continental del Sistema de Referencia\nGeocéntrico para las Américas (SIRGAS) denominada SIRGAS-CON\"; además, el\nartículo 2 establece que \"El sistema de proyección cartográfica CRTM05\nseguirá siendo el oficial para la representación cartográfica del territorio nacional\ncontinental, extendido para efectos de aplicación de esta proyección\ncartográfica, hasta la línea de base del mar territorial en el océano Pacífico\ny el mar Caribe, definida esta línea conforme a los artículos 5, 6 y 7 de la\nConvención de las Naciones Unidas sobre el Derecho del Mar, como punto de\npartida para el cómputo de la anchura máxima de todas las áreas marinas\njurisdiccionales del Estado costarricense.\"\n\nPor su\nparte, el artículo 12 del decreto de cita, refuerza la aplicación de la\nproyección cartográfica CRTM05 como el sistema nacional de coordenadas oficial\na la cual se deben referenciar en el territorio continental de nuestro país, al\nseñalar que \"El sistema de referencia horizontal CRSIRGAS y su proyección\ncartográfica asociada CRTM05 para el territorio continental extendido hasta la\nlínea de base del mar territorial y, la proyección cartográfica \"Universal\nTransversal de Mercator\" (UTM), zonas 16 y 17\npara las áreas marinas e insulares jurisdiccionales en el océano Pacífico y el\nmar Caribe, constituirán el único sistema oficial de coordenadas para la\nRepública de Costa Rica, a partir del cual, se deben referenciar todos los\nlevantamientos y actividades cartográficos y geodésicos que desarrollen en el\nterritorio nacional toda dependencia pública, persona o entidad privada,\nnacional o extranjera, que emprendan o contraten trabajos geodésicos y\ncartográficos, contribuyéndose a evitar el gasto público y obteniendo, por otra\nparte, información geográfica confiable, uniforme y comparable, que sea de\nutilidad general y que apoye la toma de decisiones en los distintos niveles del\nEstado.\"\n\n7º-Que la\ngeorreferenciación al sistema nacional de coordenadas como mecanismo para\ndelimitar la zona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre, posibilita la correcta\ndelimitación de la zona pública a los efectos de la elaboración de planes\nreguladores, el visado de planos de agrimensura, el otorgamiento de concesiones\nen la Zona Restringida y otros aspectos de ordenamiento territorial costero.\n\n8º-Que la información digital georreferenciada sobre delimitación de la zona pública de la Zona\nMarítimo Terrestre con que cuenta el IGN, se le denomina Geodatabase Digital Georreferenciada (GDG)\ndel Instituto Geográfico Nacional (IGN) sobre la Zona Marítimo Terrestre (ZMT).\n\n9º-Que la Geodatabase Digital Georreferenciada (GDG) del Instituto Geográfico Nacional (IGN) sobre\nla Zona Marítimo Terrestre (ZMT) se fundamenta técnicamente en aplicación de la regulación\nestablecida por: a) el Decreto Ejecutivo N° 7841-P Reglamento a la Ley N° 6043 sobre la Zona\nMarítimo Terrestre; b) el Decreto Ejecutivo N° 33797-MJMOPT Declara como datum horizontal oficial\npara Costa Rica, el CR05, y su proyección cartográfica asociada, CRTM05; c) el Decreto Ejecutivo N°\n36642-MP-MOPT-MINAET Reglamento de Especificaciones para la Delimitación de la zona pública de la\nZona Marítimo Terrestre; y d) el Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 40962-MJP Actualización del Sistema Geodésico\nde Referencia Horizontal Oficial para Costa Rica.\n\n10.-Que el\nartículo 16 de la Ley N° 7575 Ley Forestal del 13 de febrero de 1996 y sus\nreformas, establece que el Ministerio del Ambiente y Energía (MINAE) delimitará\nen el terreno los linderos de las áreas que conforman el Patrimonio Natural del\nEstado.\n\n11.-Que el\nartículo 11 del Capítulo I Disposiciones Generales de la Ley N° 6043, establece\nque la \"Zona pública es también, sea cual fuere su extensión, la ocupada\npor todos los manglares de los litorales continentales e insulares y esteros\ndel territorio nacional.\"\n\n12.-Que el\nDecreto Ejecutivo N° 36786-MINAET Manual para la clasificación de tierras\ndedicadas a la conservación de los recursos naturales dentro de la Zona\nMarítimo Terrestre en Costa Rica del 12 de agosto del 2011, establece entre sus\nobjetivos \"Identificar dentro de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre aquellos\nterrenos que clasifiquen como bosques, de aptitud forestal (suelos Clase VII y\nVIII), humedales (manglares, esteros, rías, marismas, lagunas costeras,\npantanos, bosques anegados, salitrales), para certificarlos e incorporarlos como\nparte del Patrimonio Natural del Estado (PNE).\"\n\n13.-Que el\nDecreto Ejecutivo N° 36786-MINAET en el Punto III.-Competencias para la\ndelimitación y certificación establece que \"La clasificación de los\nterrenos dentro de la ZMT corresponderá a las Áreas de Conservación (AC) del\nSistema Nacional de Áreas de Conservación (SINAC) y a profesionales privados\ndebidamente acreditados por los Colegios Profesionales respectivos para que\nclasifiquen los bosques, terrenos de aptitud forestal (suelos Clase VII y\nVIII), (manglares, esteros, rías, marismas, lagunas costeras, pantanos, bosques\nanegados, salitrales) y humedales.\n\nLa validez\nde los documentos de clasificación emitidos por profesionales privados quedará\nsujeta a la aprobación que emita el AC que por competencia territorial le\ncorresponda. A las AC del SINAC con jurisdicción en la ZMT les competerá,\nademás, la verificación, fiscalización, deslinde y certificación de las tierras\ndel Patrimonio Natural del Estado y las zonas de protección.\n\nLa\nubicación y delimitación de las áreas del Patrimonio Natural del Estado dentro\nde la Zona Marítimo Terrestre, debe realizarse como parte del proceso de\naprobación del Plan Regulador Costero (PRC), definido por la Ley 6043, ya que\nel Plan Regulador Costero es el instrumento de ordenamiento territorial, que\ndefine y ubica todas las zonas a concesionar dentro de la ZMT y para la\nclasificación de ésta a nivel de los planos de catastro. Por tanto, el Plan\nRegulador Costero debe indicar clara y expresamente, las áreas del PNE para no\ncontabilizarlas en el área total a concesionar.\"\n\n14.-Que el\nIGN utilizó la metodología de Delimitación Digital, para delimitar la zona\npública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre correspondiente a un sector de manglar de\nPlaya Esterillos Centro, distrito 01º Parrita, cantón 09º Parrita, provincia\n06º Puntarenas.\n\n15.-Que la\ndelimitación digital de un sector de manglar en Playa Esterillos Centro\ncorresponde al informe técnico presentado por el ingeniero topógrafo Oscar\nCorrales Segura y el informe SINAC-ACOPAC-PNMA-RBS-TT-072 de fecha 26 de\noctubre de 2023 del Área de Conservación Pacífico Central (ACOPAC) al cual se\nle otorga visto bueno al levantamiento y delimitación realizado por el Área de\nConservación respectiva.\n\n16.-Que\nmediante el oficio DIG-GDF-0012-2024 de fecha 15 de enero de 2024, generado por\nel Subproceso de Topografía del Departamento de Geodesia y Geofísica del\nInstituto Geográfico Nacional, se emitió en el Informe de revisión técnica para\nla publicación de delimitación georreferenciada de la Zona Pública, en relación\ncon los trabajos realizados por ACOPAC relativos a la delimitación de un sector\nde manglar en Playa Esterillos Centro, avalando técnicamente la delimitación\nrealizada para su publicación; Likewise,\nin accordance with article 1 of Law No. 59, the IGN is \"the\nscientific and technical dependency governing national cartography, destined\nfor the execution of the official Basic Map and the basic geographic Description of the\nRepublic of Costa Rica and for studies, research or work and the\ndevelopment of national policies of a cartographic, geographic,\ngeodetic, geophysical, and similar nature related to said works,\nin order to support planning processes.\"\n\n2º-That\nLaw No. 59 constitutes the IGN permanently and in representation of the\nState, as the official authority in geodetic matters and the spatial\nrepresentation of the geography of the Republic of Costa Rica, its\nauthority extending to activities of any nature originating from the\nworks entrusted to its charge.\n\n3º-That in\naccordance with the provisions of Law No. 59, article 62 of Executive\nDecree No. 7841-P Regulation to the Law on the Maritime Terrestrial Zone of December\n16, 1977, and its amendments, the competence of the IGN is recognized for the\ndelimitation of the public zone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone, and its\nofficialization through publication in the Official Gazette La Gaceta;\nlikewise, article 63 of Executive Decree No. 7841-P states that \"The\nNational Geographic Institute must publish a notice in the Official Gazette, for\neach portion of the maritime-terrestrial zone in which it has demarcated the public\nzone.\"\n\n4º-That\nExecutive Decree No. 36642-MP-MOPTMINAET Regulation of Specifications for the\nDelimitation of the public zone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone of June 28,\n2011, establishes according to article 18 that for the delimitation of the public\nzone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone, the IGN may resort to two execution\nmethodologies, indicated in articles 19 and 20, corresponding to the\ndelimitation of the public zone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone through the\nplacement of boundary markers (mojones) and/or digital georeferenced\ndelimitation, this in order to expedite delimitations and provide greater technical security\nto interested parties.\n\n5º-That in\nExecutive Decree No. 33797-MJ-MOPT Declaring CR05 as the official horizontal\ndatum for Costa Rica, linked to the International Terrestrial\nReference Frame (ITRF2000) of the International Earth Rotation\nService (IERS) for the measurement epoch 2005.83 of March 30, 2007, among\nother aspects, it determines the National Horizontal Reference Geodetic Network\nCR05, and its associated cartographic projection CRTM05, as the official\nsystem to which the coordinates of all geodetic,\ncartographic, and cadastral works executed in our country must be referenced,\nspecifically indicating in article 11 that: \"The National Horizontal Reference Geodetic Network\nCR05 and the CRTM05 cartographic projection system,\nshall constitute the sole official coordinate system for the Republic of Costa\nRica, from which all cartographic and geodetic surveys and\nactivities developed in the National Territory by any public dependency, national or\nforeign private person or entity, must be referenced.\"; while article 7 provides that \"As\ncartographic data are produced in the new CRTM05 cartographic projection\nsystem, the National Geographic Institute shall publish by adequate means\nthat information which has been officialized.\"\n\n6º-That\nExecutive Decree No. 40962-MJP Update of the Official Horizontal Geodetic\nReference System for Costa Rica declares in its article 1 that\n\"The official horizontal geodetic reference system for Costa Rica,\ndenominated CR05 and its materialization through the National Geodetic Network,\nchanges its acronym to CRSIRGAS, as the official horizontal reference system\nfor the Republic of Costa Rica, linked to the International Terrestrial\nReference Frame ITRF2008 (IGb08), for the measurement epoch 2014.59, and henceforth,\nthe changes and its update shall be governed according to the new definitions\nof the ITRF implemented in the continental network of the Geocentric Reference\nSystem for the Americas (SIRGAS) denominated SIRGAS-CON\"; in addition,\narticle 2 establishes that \"The CRTM05 cartographic projection system\nshall continue to be the official one for the cartographic representation of the continental national\nterritory, extended for purposes of the application of this cartographic\nprojection, up to the baseline of the territorial sea in the Pacific Ocean\nand the Caribbean Sea, this line defined in accordance with articles 5, 6, and 7 of the\nUnited Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, as the starting\npoint for computing the maximum width of all jurisdictional marine\nareas of the Costa Rican State.\"\n\nFor its\npart, article 12 of the cited decree reinforces the application of the\nCRTM05 cartographic projection as the official national coordinate system\nto which references must be made in the continental territory of our country, by\nstating that \"The horizontal reference system CRSIRGAS and its associated\ncartographic projection CRTM05 for the continental territory extended to the\nbaseline of the territorial sea and, the 'Universal\nTransverse Mercator' (UTM) cartographic projection, zones 16 and 17\nfor jurisdictional marine and insular areas in the Pacific Ocean and the\nCaribbean Sea, shall constitute the sole official coordinate system for the\nRepublic of Costa Rica, from which all\ncartographic and geodetic surveys and activities developed in the\nnational territory by any public dependency, national or foreign private person or entity,\nthat undertake or contract geodetic and\ncartographic works, must be referenced, thereby contributing to avoiding public expenditure and obtaining, on the\nother hand, reliable, uniform, and comparable geographic information, which is of\ngeneral utility and supports decision-making at the different levels of the\nState.\"\n\n7º-That\ngeoreferencing to the national coordinate system as a mechanism to\ndelimit the public zone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone enables the correct\ndelimitation of the public zone for the purposes of the elaboration of regulatory\nplans, the approval of survey plans, the granting of concessions\nin the Restricted Zone, and other aspects of coastal territorial planning.\n\n8º-That the georeferenced digital information on the delimitation of the public zone of the Maritime\nTerrestrial Zone held by the IGN is called the Digital Georeferenced Geodatabase (GDG)\nof the National Geographic Institute (IGN) on the Maritime Terrestrial Zone (ZMT).\n\n9º-That the Digital Georeferenced Geodatabase (GDG) of the National Geographic Institute (IGN) on\nthe Maritime Terrestrial Zone (ZMT) is technically based on the application of the regulation\nestablished by: a) Executive Decree No. 7841-P Regulation to Law No. 6043 on the Maritime\nTerrestrial Zone; b) Executive Decree No. 33797-MJMOPT Declaring CR05 as the official horizontal datum\nfor Costa Rica, and its associated cartographic projection, CRTM05; c) Executive Decree No.\n36642-MP-MOPT-MINAET Regulation of Specifications for the Delimitation of the public zone of the\nMaritime Terrestrial Zone; and d) Executive Decree No. 40962-MJP Update of the Official Horizontal\nGeodetic Reference System for Costa Rica.\n\n10.-That\narticle 16 of Law No. 7575 Forestry Law of February 13, 1996, and its\namendments, establishes that the Ministry of Environment and Energy (MINAE) shall delimit\non the ground the boundaries of the areas that constitute the Natural Heritage of the\nState.\n\n11.-That\narticle 11 of Chapter I General Provisions of Law No. 6043 establishes\nthat the \"Public zone is also, whatever its extension, that occupied\nby all the mangroves of the continental and insular coastlines and estuaries (esteros)\nof the national territory.\"\n\n12.-That\nExecutive Decree No. 36786-MINAET Manual for the classification of lands\ndedicated to the conservation of natural resources within the Maritime\nTerrestrial Zone in Costa Rica of August 12, 2011, establishes among its\nobjectives \"To identify within the Maritime Terrestrial Zone those\nlands that classify as forests, of forest aptitude (Class VII and\nVIII soils), wetlands (mangroves, estuaries (esteros), rías, salt marshes (marismas), coastal lagoons,\nswamps, flooded forests, salt flats (salitrales)), to certify them and incorporate them as\npart of the Natural Heritage of the State (PNE).\"\n\n13.-That\nExecutive Decree No. 36786-MINAET in Point III.-Competencies for the\ndelimitation and certification establishes that \"The classification of\nlands within the ZMT shall correspond to the Conservation Areas (AC) of\nthe National System of Conservation Areas (SINAC) and to private professionals\nduly accredited by the respective Professional Associations to\nclassify forests, lands of forest aptitude (Class VII and\nVIII soils), (mangroves, estuaries (esteros), rías, salt marshes (marismas), coastal lagoons, swamps, flooded\nforests, salt flats (salitrales)) and wetlands.\n\nThe validity\nof the classification documents issued by private professionals shall be\nsubject to the approval issued by the AC whose territorial competence\ncorresponds. The ACs of SINAC with jurisdiction in the ZMT shall also be responsible\nfor the verification, oversight, demarcation (deslinde), and certification of the lands\nof the Natural Heritage of the State and the protection zones.\n\nThe\nlocation and delimitation of the Natural Heritage of the State areas within\nthe Maritime Terrestrial Zone must be carried out as part of the approval\nprocess of the Coastal Regulatory Plan (PRC), defined by Law 6043, since\nthe Coastal Regulatory Plan is the territorial planning instrument that\ndefines and locates all the zones to be concessioned within the ZMT and for\ntheir classification at the level of cadastral plans. Therefore, the Coastal\nRegulatory Plan must clearly and expressly indicate the PNE areas so as not\nto count them in the total area to be concessioned.\"\n\n14.-That the\nIGN used the Digital Delimitation methodology to delimit the public\nzone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone corresponding to a mangrove sector of\nEsterillos Centro Beach, district 01 Parrita, canton 09 Parrita, province\n06 Puntarenas.\n\n15.-That the\ndigital delimitation of a mangrove sector on Esterillos Centro Beach\ncorresponds to the technical report presented by topographical engineer Oscar\nCorrales Segura and report SINAC-ACOPAC-PNMA-RBS-TT-072 dated October\n26, 2023, from the Central Pacific Conservation Area (ACOPAC), to which\napproval is granted for the survey and delimitation carried out by the respective\nConservation Area.\n\n16.-That\nthrough official communication DIG-GDF-0012-2024 dated January 15, 2024, generated by\nthe Topography Subprocess of the Department of Geodesy and Geophysics of the\nNational Geographic Institute, the Technical Review Report was issued for\nthe publication of the georeferenced delimitation of the Public Zone, in relation\nto the work carried out by ACOPAC concerning the delimitation of a sector\nof mangrove on Esterillos Centro Beach, technically endorsing the delimitation\ncarried out for its publication; information that was communicated to the Directorate\nof the IGN for its competence through official communication DIG-GDF-0013-2024 dated January\n15, 2024.\n\n17.-That\narticle 140 of Law No. 6227 General Public Administration Law states\nthat \"the administrative act shall produce its effect after being communicated to the\nadministered party, except if it grants only rights, in which case it\nshall produce them from the moment it is adopted,\" a provision that must necessarily\nbe related to numeral 204 subsection 1) of the same normative body, which\ndefines the suitable instrument for communicating acts of a generic nature by\nstating that: \"General acts shall be communicated by publication and\nconcrete acts by notification.\"\n\nHEREBY COMMUNICATES:\n\n1º-That, on\nOctober 25, 2023, the field work was carried out for the\ndigital delimitation georeferenced to the national coordinate system of the public zone\nof a mangrove sector located on Esterillos Centro Beach, district 01 Parrita,\ncanton 09 Parrita, province 06 Puntarenas.\n\n2º-The\nNational Geographic Institute publishes the georeferenced digital delimitation\nof the public zone of 02 points that form part of a mangrove sector\nlocated on Esterillos Centro Beach, district 01 Parrita, canton 09 Parrita,\nprovince 06 Puntarenas, based on the Regulation of Specifications for the\nDelimitation of the public zone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone and the\nmethodology used and validated by the Central Pacific Conservation Area\n(ACOPAC) of SINAC-MINAE.\n\n3º-That the\ndelimited public zone corresponds to a mangrove sector of Esterillos Centro\nBeach, district 01 Parrita, canton 09 Parrita, province 06 Puntarenas, in\naccordance with official communications DIG-GDF-0012-2024 dated January 15, 2024,\ngenerated by the Topography Subprocess of the Department of Geodesy and\nGeophysics of the National Geographic Institute, and official communication\nSINAC-ACOPAC-PNMA-RBS-TT-072 dated October 26, 2023, from the\nCentral Pacific Conservation Area (ACOPAC).\n\n4º-That the\npublic zone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone concerning the mangrove sector\nverified and delimited by the Central Pacific Conservation Area on Esterillos\nCentro Beach corresponds to the following coordinates, in the official\ncartographic projection system of Costa Rica CRTM05:\n\nMANGROVE SECTOR ON ESTERILLOS\nCENTRO BEACH\n\n| CRTM05 Coordinates | North | East |\n| --- | --- | --- |\n| ME1 | 1053808.41 | 447480.615 |\n| ME2 | 1053795.948 | 447515.091 |\n\n5º-That the\nsectors located on Esterillos Centro Beach, district 01 Parrita, canton 09\nParrita, province 06 Puntarenas, which to date have delimitation of\nthe public zone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone through the placement of\nboundary markers (mojones) and respective publication in the Official Gazette La Gaceta,\nmaintain their official status.\n\n6º-The\nofficial technical data of the georeferenced digital delimitation of the public\nzone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone of the mangrove on Esterillos Centro Beach in\ndistrict 01 Parrita, canton 09 Parrita, province 06 Puntarenas, have been\nrecorded in the Digital Georeferenced\nGeodatabase of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone (ZMT) of the IGN in a file with\nvector shape format, under the codification:\nRN/IGN_GDG-IGN-ZMT_mojones.\n\n7º-It shall become effective\nas of its publication.-Given in Curridabat, San José\nMarch 20, 2024." }
