  "body_en_text": "throughout the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Law 10607\n\n                        Authorization for the Municipality of Siquirres to donate a plot of land owned by it\nto the Integrated Administrative Association for the Aqueduct and Sanitary Sewer System of the\nDistrict of Cairo (ASADA)\n\nNo. 10607\n\nTHE LEGISLATIVE\nASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF COSTA RICA\n\nDECREES:\n\nAUTHORIZATION\nFOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIQUIRRES TO DONATE A\n\nPLOT OF LAND OWNED\nBY IT TO THE INTEGRATED ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATION FOR THE\n\nAQUEDUCT AND\nSANITARY SEWER SYSTEM OF THE\n\nDISTRICT OF CAIRO (ASADA)\n\nARTICLE 1-\nThe Municipality of Siquirres, legal identity number three-zero-one\nfour-zero-four-two-one-two-six (3-014-042126), is authorized to donate to the Integrated Administrative Association for the Aqueduct and Sanitary Sewer System of the District\nof Cairo, legal identity number three-zero-zero-two-seven-two-two-six-one-eight (3-002-722618),\nthe property registered in the province of Limón under folio number one-three-six-one-seven-two-zero-zero-zero (136172-000), plan L-1403302-201 O.\n\nThe property is\ndescribed, according to the National Registry, as follows: property number one-three-six-one-seven-two-zero-zero-zero (136172-000), a real estate located in:\nLimón, Siquirres, district of La Alegría, Los Ceibas street, main entrance 500\nmeters east. With the following boundaries: to the north: María del Socorro Marín\nDuran; to the south: Grupo Fallas y Víquez Sociedad Anónima; to the east: Gerardo Vargas\nSerrano; to the west: public street with 106.56 of frontage, with a spring (naciente). With an area\nof twenty thousand square meters (20,000.00 m2), plan number L-1403302-2010, which\nis pasture land, with a spring (naciente).\n\nARTICLE 2- The deed and its registration shall be formalized before a notary public and shall be exempt from the\npayment of taxes, fees, stamps, and municipal charges.\n\nARTICLE 3-\nThe Integrated Administrative Association for the Aqueduct and Sanitary Sewer System of the District of Cairo must register the property with a designation of\nprotection for aquifers and springs (nacientes); therefore, it shall be subject to the satisfaction\nof the public interest in the protection of water resources in the canton of Siquirres.\n\nIt shall enter into force upon its publication.\n\nGiven at the\nPresidency of the Republic, San José, on the fifteenth day of the month of November\nof the year two thousand twenty-four.\n\nLET IT BE EXECUTED AND PUBLISHED."
