inciso 2)\nacápite b) de la Ley General de Administración Pública Nº 6227 del 02 de mayo\nde 1978, en el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones Nº 218 del 8 de agosto de\n1939 y los artículos 27 y siguientes del Reglamento a la Ley de Asociaciones Nº\n29496-J, publicado en La Gaceta Nº 96 del 21 de mayo del 2001.\n\nCONSIDERANDO\n\nI.- Que el\nartículo 3 2 de la Ley de Asociaciones Nº218 del 8 de agosto de 193 9 y sus reformas,\nconfiere al Poder Ejecutivo la potestad de declarar de utilidad pública a las asociaciones\nsimples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean particularmente\nútiles para los intereses del Estado, y que por ello contribuyan a solventar una\nnecesidad social.\n\nII.-Que La Asociación\nAdministradora del Acueducto y Alcantarillado Rural de Bananito Norte y Sur de\nLimón, cédula jurídica número tres- cero cero dos-quinientos cincuenta y ocho\nmil ochocientos veinticuatro, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del\nRegistro Público el cinco de diciembre del dos mil ocho, al tomo quinientos\nsetenta y cinco, asiento cincuenta y un mil seiscientos noventa y uno.\n\nIII-Que el\nartículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones establece: \"Las Asociaciones que\nsean declaradas de utilidad pública gozarán de beneficios y franquicias que el\nPoder Ejecutivo otorga de acuerdo con la ley. Deberán presentar a la Asesoría\nJurídica del Ministerio de Justicia y Paz un informe anual de su gestión,\nreferido al aprovechamiento a favor de la comunidad del beneficio que les fue\notorgado sin necesidad de requerimiento expreso. El plazo para la presentación\ndel informe anual es durante los meses de enero, febrero y hasta el último día\nhábil del mes de marzo inclusive. \" Asimismo, el ordinal 33 bis del Reglamento\na la Ley de Asociaciones, agrega: \"La declaratoria de utilidad\npública será revocable en cualquier momento, no obstante, en caso de la no\npresentación o presentación incompleta del informe de labores, se prevendrá a\nla asociación, una única vez, por el plazo de diez días hábiles. They must submit to the Legal\nAdvisory Office of the Ministry of Justice and Peace an annual report of their management,\nreferring to the use for the benefit of the community of the benefit that was granted\nto them without the need for an express request. The deadline for the submission\nof the annual report is during the months of January, February, and up to the last\nbusiness day of the month of March, inclusive.\" Likewise, subsection 33 bis of the Regulation\nto the Law of Associations adds: \"The declaration of public utility (utilidad pública)\nshall be revocable at any time; however, in the event of non-submission or incomplete\nsubmission of the work report, the association shall be warned, one single time, within\na period of ten business days.
