Decreto Nº 27998-MINAE Principios Criterios\nIndicadores para el Manejo Sostenible de Bosque Secundario y Certificación Forestal Decreto\nEjecutivo Nº 30763-MINAE Principios Criterios Indicadores para el manejo Sostenible de Bosques\nNaturales y su Certificación en Costa Rica, Ley Nº 6043 Ley de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre del 2 de\nmarzo de 1977, artículos 4 y 5 de la Ley Orgánica del Instituto Costarricense de Turismo y el\nDecreto Ejecutivo Nº 31045-MOPT del 6 de marzo del 2003.\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nConsiderando:\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n1º-Que la Ley Forestal Nº 7575 dispone que la función esencial y prioritaria del Estado, es velar\npor la conservación, protección y administración de los bosques naturales del Estado, de acuerdo con\nel principio de uso adecuado y sostenible de los recursos naturales renovables.  2º-Que en el\npatrimonio natural, el Estado podrá realizar o autorizar labores de investigación, capacitación y\necoturismo, una vez aprobadas por el Ministerio del Ambiente y Energía quién definirá cuando\ncorresponda la realización de evaluaciones del impacto ambiental, según lo establezca el reglamento\nde la Ley.\n\n\n\n\n\n3º-Que el ecoturismo es una modalidad del turismo sostenible, que a su vez se inserta dentro del\nmarco general de desarrollo sostenible. Este último ha sido definido como un patrón de\ntransformaciones estructural de índole socioeconómica que optimiza los beneficios similares en el\nfuturo. \n\n\n\n\n\n4º-Que el concepto de ecoturismo se refiere a un segmento dentro del sector turístico, en tanto que\nlos principios de sostenibilidad deben aplicarse a toda forma de actividad. Por tanto:\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nDECRETAN:\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nArtículo 1º- Anulado. The latter has been defined as a pattern of structural transformations of a socioeconomic nature that optimizes similar benefits in the future.\n\n4º-That the concept of ecotourism refers to a segment within the tourism sector, while the principles of sustainability must be applied to all forms of activity.
