La Comisión Técnica Evaluadora (CTE), creada por el artículo 4 del reglamento, validó la conformación de la misma y acordó proceder con la aprobación y oficialización de la Guía. El documento detalla los lineamientos, manuales y demás instrumentos base para que las instituciones elaboren sus programas y sus informes de avance. La Guía está disponible en el sitio web de la Dirección de Gestión de Calidad Ambiental (DIGECA), aunque en el sistema se consulta de forma independiente. Se ordena la publicación de esta resolución en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta.",

  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norm 429\n\n                        Officializes the guide and the necessary instruments for the preparation of\nEnvironmental Management Programs in the Public Sector of Costa Rica\n\nComplete Text of record: DCB02\n\nRESOLUTIONS\n\nMINISTRY OF\nENVIRONMENT, ENERGY\n\nAND TELECOMMUNICATIONS\n\nR-429-2011-MINAET.-San José at nine thirty\nhours on the twenty-second of July, two thousand eleven.\n\nConsidering:\n\n1º-That on the ninth day of May, two thousand eleven,\nExecutive Decree No. 36499-S-MINAET, “Reglamento para la elaboración de Programas de Gestión Ambiental Institucional\nen el Sector Público de Costa Rica,” was published in La\n Gaceta Number 88, the purpose of which is to establish the guidelines\nso that all institutions of the Public Administration (Administración\n Pública) may formulate, update, and implement an Institutional Environmental Management Program (Programa\nde Gestión Ambiental Institucional, “PGAI”).\n\n2º-That article\n4 of the aforementioned regulation states that a Technical Evaluation Commission (Comisión Técnica\nEvaluadora, “CTE”) shall be formed, responsible for the review and monitoring of the PGAI.\n\n3º-That articles\n9 and 13 of the regulation cited above state that the MINAET, via\nadministrative resolution, shall define through the CTE of the PGAI the\nguidelines, manuals, guides, and other instruments based on which the institutions\nof the Public Administration shall prepare their PGAI and their progress\nreports.\n\n4º-That in Regular Meeting (Reunión Ordinaria)\nNumber One-Record 01-2011 of the CTE\nof the PGAI, its formation was validated, and it was agreed to proceed with the\napproval and officialization of the Guide and the instruments necessary for the\npreparation of Environmental Management Programs in the Public Sector of Costa\nRica.
