  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norm 36694\n\n                        Appoints a member of the National Commission for Biodiversity Management\n\nComplete Text of record: 100D28\n\nNo. 36694-MINAET\n\n    (This\n      executive decree was repealed by Article 3 of Executive Decree\n      No. 38791 of September 29, 2014, \"Appoints a member of the National\n      Commission for Biodiversity Management\")\n\nTHE\nPRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE\nMINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY\n\nAND\nTELECOMMUNICATIONS\n\nExercising the powers conferred upon them by\nArticles 140, subsections 3) and 18), and 146 of the Political Constitution, and the\nBiodiversity Law No. 7788 of April 30, 1998.\n\nConsidering:\n\nI.-That Biodiversity Law No. 7788 of April\n30, 1998, created the National Commission for Biodiversity Management\nas a deconcentrated body of the Ministry of Environment, Energy and\nTelecommunications, with instrumental legal personality.\n\nII.-That\nsaid Law assigns to that Commission functions related to the conservation,\necologically sustainable use, and restoration of biodiversity, which are\nof vital importance for the sustainable development of the country.\n\nIII.-That\nArticle 15 of the Biodiversity Law establishes the manner in which\nthe Commission shall be integrated, according to the appointments made by the entities and\norganizations indicated by law.\n\nIV.-That\nExecutive Decree No. 29680-MINAE of July 23, 2001, published in La\nGaceta No. 150 of August 7, 2001, regulates the operation of this\nCommission. Therefore,\n\nDecree:\n\nArticle 1.-To appoint as part of the members\nthat make up the National Commission for Biodiversity Management, the\nfollowing representative of the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock:\n\n1  .   Full member:\n\n        Walter\nQuirós Ortega.\n\nArticle 2.-For the purposes of the term\nestablished in Article 15 of the Biodiversity Law, the appointment is\nmade for a full term of three years.\n\nArticle\n3.-The following is repealed:\n\n1.
