  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Regulation 36806\n\n                        Appoints member of the National Commission for Biodiversity Management (Comisión Nacional para la Gestión de la Biodiversidad)\n\nComplete Text of record: 100D1E\n\nNo. 36806-MINAET\n\n    (This       executive decree was repealed by article 3 of executive decree       No.\n38790 of November 17, 2014, \"Appoints member of the National Commission for Biodiversity Management\")\n\n    THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\n    AND THE MINISTER OF\nENVIRONMENT, ENERGY\n\n    AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS\n\nUsing the powers conferred upon them by\narticles 140, subsections 3) and 18), and 146 of the Political Constitution, and the Biodiversity Law (Ley de Biodiversidad) No. 7788 of April 30, 1998.\n\n    Considering:\n\nI.—That the Biodiversity Law No. 7788 of April 30, 1998, created the National Commission for Biodiversity Management as a deconcentrated body of the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Telecommunications, with instrumental legal personality.\n\nII.—That the aforementioned Law\nassigns to that Commission functions related to the conservation, ecologically sustainable use, and restoration of biodiversity, which are of\nvital importance for the country's sustainable development.\n\nIII.—That article\n15 of the Biodiversity Law establishes the manner in which the Commission shall be composed, in accordance with the appointment made by the entities and organizations indicated by the law.\n\nIV.—That Executive\nDecree No. 29680-MINAE of July 23, 2001, published in La Gaceta No. 150\nof August 7, 2001, regulates the operation of this Commission.
