Debe estar respaldada con factura de compra.\n\n5) En el mercado se encuentra empacada en bolsas\nplásticas de 24x40 pulgadas o más pequeña, de cualquier color, pero debe tener\nla calcomanía adherida que lo autoriza como producto legal. En la factura de compra,\ndebe constar la fecha, resolución que autorizó la extracción, la cantidad de bolsas compradas y los\nnúmeros de las bolsas con calcomanía, nombre y firma de quien vendió el producto. En caso de que sea\nel permisionario puede presentar la resolución original. Para efectos de control, solicitar al\nconductor la factura que debe coincidir con la cantidad y numeración de las bolsas con lana que\ntransporta. En caso del permisionario puede presentar el original de la resolución. Revisar que las\nbolsas tengan adherida la calcomanía.   "body_en_text": "throughout the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norm 40\n\n                        Procedure for the Seizure of Wool (Mosses)\n\nComplete Text of proceeding: DFD61\n\nSISTEMA NACIONAL DE\nÁREAS DE CONSERVACIÓN\n\nR-SINAC-40-2011.- The National Council of Conservation Areas, in accordance with Agreement No. 12 of Ordinary Session No. 01-2011 of January 24, 2011, and in compliance with Article 12, subsection d) of the Regulation to the Biodiversity Law No. 7788, Executive Decree No. 34433-MINAE, approves and issues the following:\n\n\"PROCEDURE FOR\nTHE SEIZURE\n\nOF WOOL (MOSSES)\"\n\nI.- Purpose of the Procedure: To guide officials of SINAC / MINAET in the procedure to follow during operations and control functions when wool (mosses) is found that is not authorized to be transported or marketed.\n\nII.- Scope: This procedure shall apply to all officials of SINAC, in the performance of their duties, inside and outside Protected Wilderness Areas.\n\nIII.- Legal\nand Technical Regulations:\n\nWildlife Conservation Law 7317.\n\nExecutive Decree 32633-MINAE-Regulation to the Wildlife Conservation Law.\n\nLaw 8689- Amendment to the Wildlife Conservation Law.\n\nIV.- Guidelines and Directives\n\n \n\nThe following must be seized:\n\n.   Any wool (mosses) found in sacks at marketing locations or during transport to these locations.\n\n.   Any wool (mosses) found hidden and for which provenance cannot be proven.\n\n.   Any wool found in plastic bags without identification.\n\n.   It shall be seized on the spot, and the corresponding complaint shall be filed before the judicial and/or administrative authorities.\n\nACTION PROTOCOL:\n\nAt the scene of the incident:\n\n.   Identify yourself as an official.\n\n.   Request the permits (original resolution-invoice).\n\n.   Verify that the wool product is correctly packaged (plastic bag size 24x40 inches or smaller, of any color, and with a sticker affixed).\n\n.   If non-compliance is detected, proceed with the seizure (decomiso) and filing of complaints (present the wool product (mosses) before the Prosecutor's Office, the Court, or the Contraventional Court together with the complaint and the corresponding reports - Seizure Report and Filing of Complaint.\n\nPASTURE WOOL IS LEGAL WHEN:\n\n1) Only the harvest (aprovechamiento) and marketing of the wool product from pastures is authorized, the main characteristic of which is that it is green (brown when dry).\n\n2) White, reddish, yellow wools or wools that hang or are attached to trees, shrubs, rocks, or other surfaces (old man's beard, silk wool, mosses, among others) ARE NOT AUTHORIZED FOR TRANSPORT OR MARKETING.\n\n3) It is transported ONLY in sacks between the farm where it is extracted and the collection center (acopio) (for drying), by using an original transport guide.\n\n4) It is transported ONLY in authorized plastic bags with the sticker affixed between the collection center and the marketing locations. It must be supported by a purchase invoice.\n\n5) In the market, it is found packaged in plastic bags measuring 24x40 inches or smaller, of any color, but must have the sticker affixed that authorizes it as a legal product. Sticker with the following characteristics.\n\na. Wool authorized for marketing.\n\nb. Has the logos of SINAC and a Conservation Area (ACA-HN, ACCVC, ACT, ACLA-C, ACLA-P, ACG, ACOPAC, ACTo, ACOSA or ACA-T)\n\nc.
