  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Norm 37107\n\n                        Appoints member of the National Commission for Biodiversity Management\n\nFull Text record: 1058E3\n\nNo. 37107 - MINAET\n\n(This executive decree was repealed by Article 3 of Executive Decree No. 39075 of May 25, 2015, \"Appoints members of the National Commission for Biodiversity Management\")\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF\nTHE REPUBLIC\n\n \n\nAND THE MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS\n\nExercising the powers conferred by Articles 140, subsections 3) and 18), and 146 of the Political Constitution, and Law on Biodiversity No. 7788 of April 30, 1998.\n\nWHEREAS:\n\nI. That Law on Biodiversity No. 7788 of April 30, 1998, created the National Commission for Biodiversity Management as a deconcentrated body of the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Telecommunications, with instrumental legal personality.\n\nII. That the aforementioned Law assigns to this Commission functions concerning the conservation, ecologically sustainable use, and restoration of biodiversity, which are of vital importance for the sustainable development of the country.\n\nIII. That Article 15 of the Law on Biodiversity establishes the manner in which the Commission shall be integrated, in accordance with appointments made by the entities and organizations indicated by the law.\n\nIV. That Executive Decree No. 29680-MINAE of July 23, 2001, published in La Gaceta No. 150 of August 7, 2001, regulates the operation of this Commission.\n\nTHEREFORE:\n\nTHEY DECREE:\n\nArticle 1. To appoint as one of the members comprising the National Commission for Biodiversity Management, the following representative of the National Council of Rectors:\n\n1. Full member:\n\nFiorella Donato Calderón.\n\nArticle 2. For the purposes of the term provided for in Article 15 of the Law on Biodiversity, the appointment is made for a full term of three years.\n\nArticle 3. The following is repealed:\n\n \n\n1. Executive Decree No. 35050-MINAET of January 7, 2009, published in La Gaceta No. 32 of February 16, 2009.\n\nArticle 4.
