  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Regulation 37208\n\n                        Appoints a member of the National Commission for Biodiversity Management\n\nComplete Text of Record: FD210\n\nNo. 37208 - MINAET\n\n    (This\n      executive decree was repealed by Article 3 of Executive Decree\n      No. 38584 of July 2, 2014 \"Appoints a member of the National Commission\n      for Biodiversity Management\")\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE ACTING MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS\n\nExercising the powers conferred upon them by Articles 140, subsections 3) and\n18), and 146 of the Political Constitution, and the Biodiversity Law No. 7788 of\nApril 30, 1998.\n\nCONSIDERING:\n\nI.— That the Biodiversity Law No. 7788 of April 30, 1998, created the\nNational Commission for Biodiversity Management as a deconcentrated body\n(órgano desconcentrado) of the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Telecommunications, with\ninstrumental legal personality (personería jurídica instrumental).\n\nII.— That the aforementioned Law assigns to said Commission functions concerning the\nconservation, ecologically sustainable use, and restoration of\nbiodiversity, which are of vital importance for the sustainable development of the\ncountry.\n\nIII.— That Article 15 of the Biodiversity Law establishes the manner in\nwhich the Commission shall be integrated, according to the appointments made by the\nentities and organizations indicated by the law.\n\nIV.— That Executive Decree No. 29680-MINAE of July 23, 2001,\npublished in La Gaceta No. 150 of August 7, 2001, regulates the\nfunctioning of this Commission.\n\nTHEREFORE:\n\nTHEY DECREE:\n\nArticle 1.— To appoint as part of the members that make up the National Commission\nfor Biodiversity Management, the following representative of the\nNational System of Conservation Areas (Sistema Nacional de Áreas de Conservación):\n\n1. Proprietary member:\n\nRafael Ángel Gutiérrez Rojas.\n\nArticle 2.— For the purposes of the term contemplated in Article 15 of the\nBiodiversity Law, the appointment is made for a full term of three\nyears.\n\nArticle 3.— The following is repealed:\n\n1.
