  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Norm 37468\n\n                        Appoints member of the National Commission for Biodiversity Management\n\nFull Text of record: EB5B8\n\nNo. 37468 -\nMINAET\n\nThe FIRST\nVICE PRESIDENT\n\nIN THE\nEXERCISE OF THE\n PRESIDENCY OF\nTHE REPUBLIC\n\nAND\nTHE MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT,\nENERGY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS\n\nIn exercise of the\npowers granted to them by articles 140, subsections 3) and 18), and 146 of the Political\nConstitution, and Law\non Biodiversity No. 7788 of April 30, 1998.\n\n \n\nWHEREAS:\n\nI.- That\nLaw on Biodiversity No. 7788\nof April 30, 1998, created the National Commission for\nBiodiversity Management as\na deconcentrated body of the Ministry of Environment, Energy and\nTelecommunications, with instrumental legal personality.\n\nII.- That the aforementioned\nLaw assigns to this Commission functions concerning the conservation, ecologically\nsustainable use, and restoration of biodiversity, which are of\nvital importance for the sustainable development of the country.\n\nIII.- That\narticle 15 of the Law\non Biodiversity establishes the manner in which the Commission shall be composed, according\nto the appointments made by the entities and organizations designated by the\nlaw.\n\nIV.- That Executive\nDecree No. 29680-MINAE of July 23, 2001, published in La Gaceta No.\n150 of August 7, 2001, regulates the operation of this Commission.\n\nTHEREFORE:\n\nTHEY DECREE:\n\nArticle 1- To appoint\nas part of the members that compose\nthe National Commission\nfor Biodiversity Management, the following representatives of\nthe Asociación Mesa\nNacional Indígena:\n\n1.
