Likewise, articles 13, 14, 15, 20, 21 of the National Cadastre Law Nº 6545 of March 25, 1981, articles 7 and 26 of the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 34331 of November 29, 2007 (amended by Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 34763 of September 16, 2008), Law Nº 8154 of November 27, 2001, \"Loan Agreement Nº 1284/OC-CR, Cadastre and Registry Regularization Program,\" Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 30106-J, of December 6, 2001, \"Declares the Entirety of the Cantons of the National Territory a Cadastral Zone,\" and Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 35509-J of September 30, 2009, \"Regulation for the Organization of the Real Property Registry.\"\n\nConsidering:\n\nI.-That by means of Law Nº 8710, published in La Gaceta Nº 48 of March 10, 2009, article 2 of Law Nº 5695, Law for the Creation of the National Registry, and its amendments, is reformed, indicating that the National Cadastre becomes part of the Real Property Registry.\n\nII.-That Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 35509-J of September 30, 2009, Regulation for the Organization of the Real Property Registry, published in the Official Journal La Gaceta Nº 198 of October 13, 2009, establishes that the Real Property Registry is composed of the Cadastral Sub-Directorate and the Registry Sub-Directorate.\n\nIII.-That the Real Property Registry of the National Registry, based on the National Cadastre Law Nº 6545 of March 25, 1981, in its article 13, has as its exclusive power the execution and maintenance of the Cadastre, a function that it may partially delegate to other state institutions.\n\nIV.-That the Legislative Assembly, on November 27, 2001, approved Law Nº 8154, \"Loan Agreement Nº 1284/OCCR, Cadastre and Registry Regularization Program,\" subscribed between the Government of the Republic and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), for the execution of the Cadastre and National Registry Regularization Program, which by provision of the same law is under the charge of an Executing Unit attached to the Ministry of Finance as a deconcentrated body.\n\nV.-That the Cadastre and National Registry Regularization Program had the task of cadastral surveying (levantamiento catastral) with the objective of forming the national cadastre and making the cadastral and registry information of properties compatible, in application of the provisions of the Cadastre Law Nº 6545 of March 25, 1981, a function that concluded on May 7, 2014.\n\nVI.-That in accordance with the provisions of article 1 of Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 30106-J, whereby the \"Entirety of the Cantons of the National Territory is Declared a Cadastral Zone,\" published in La Gaceta Nº 19 of January 28, 2002, and article 7 of the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 34331, which has been in effect since September 27, 2008, the entirety of the cantons of the national territory were declared a cadastral zone.\n\nVII.-That the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 34331, which has been in effect since September 27, 2008, establishes the technical requirements for the surveying of survey plans (planos de agrimensura).\n\nVIII.-That because the cadastral surveying works for Canton 09 Parrita, District 01 Parrita, Province of Puntarenas have concluded, and in accordance with the provisions of article 19 of the National Cadastre Law and article 10 of its regulation, the title holders of properties in said district were invited to a public exhibition to learn the results of the surveying and to express their conformity or nonconformity, an exhibition that took place from January 9 to 18, 2015.\n\nIX.-That the invitation to the public exhibition of the results of the cadastral surveying of Canton 09 Parrita, District 01 Parrita, Province of Puntarenas, was published in the Official Journal La Gaceta N° 6, of January 9, 2015, page 10, and in the National Circulation Newspapers La Nación of December 29, 2014, page 15 A, and La Teja of December 30, 2014, page 25.\n\nX.-That in the resolution issued at ten o'clock on March 3, two thousand twenty, the Real Property Registry of the National Registry declared the cadastral data resulting from the cadastral surveying carried out in canton 09 Parrita, district 01 Parrita, province of Puntarenas, as final.\n\nXI.-That the terms of the deadlines established in article 20 of the National Cadastre Law have now elapsed, and the claims presented by the owners were resolved by the Directorate of the Real Property Registry of the National Registry.
