Likewise, articles 13, 14, 15, 20, 21 of the National Cadastre Law (Ley de Catastro Nacional) N° 6545 of March 25, 1981, articles 7 and 26 of the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Decreto Ejecutivo N° 34331 of November 29, 2007 (reformed by Decreto Ejecutivo N° 34763 of September 16, 2008), Law N° 8154 of November 27, 2001, \"Loan Agreement N° 1284/OC-CR, Cadastre and Registry Regularization Program\", Decreto Ejecutivo N° 30106-J, of December 6, 2001, \"Declares the Entirety of the Cantons of the National Territory a Cadastral Zone\" and Decreto Ejecutivo N° 35509-J of September 30, 2009, \"Organization Regulation of the Real Estate Registry (Registro Inmobiliario)\".\n\nConsidering:\n\nI.—That by means of Law N° 8710, published in La Gaceta N° 48 of March 10, 2009, article 2 of Law N° 5695, Law for the Creation of the National Registry, and its reforms, was reformed, indicating that the National Cadastre (Catastro Nacional) becomes part of the Real Estate Registry.\n\nII.—That Decreto Ejecutivo N° 35509-J of September 30, 2009, Organization Regulation of the Real Estate Registry published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta N° 198 of October 13, 2009, establishes that the Real Estate Registry is comprised of the Cadastral Sub-Directorate (Subdirección Catastral) and the Registry Sub-Directorate (Subdirección Registral).\n\nIII.—That the Real Estate Registry of the National Registry, based on the National Cadastre Law N° 6545 of March 25, 1981, in its article 13 has the exclusive authority for the execution and maintenance of the Cadastre, a function that it may partially delegate to other state institutions.\n\nIV.—That the Legislative Assembly, on November 27, 2001, approved Law N° 8154, \"Loan Agreement N° 1284/OCCR, Cadastre and Registry Regularization Program\", signed between the Government of the Republic and the Inter-American Development Bank (BID), for the execution of the Cadastre and National Registry Regularization Program, which, by provision of the same law, is under the charge of an Executing Unit (Unidad Ejecutora) attached to the Ministry of Finance as a deconcentrated body.\n\nV.—That the Cadastre and National Registry Regularization Program had the task of cadastral surveying (levantamiento catastral) with the objective of forming the national cadastre and making the cadastral and registry information of real estate compatible, in application of the provisions of the Cadastre Law N° 6545 of March 25, 1981, a function that concluded on May 7, 2014.\n\nVI.—That in accordance with the provisions of article 1 of Decreto Ejecutivo N° 30106-J, which \"Declares the Entirety of the Cantons of the National Territory a Catastral Zone\" published in La Gaceta N° 19 of January 28, 2002, and article 7 of the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Decreto Ejecutivo N° 34331, which has been in effect since September 27, 2008, the entirety of the cantons of the national territory were declared a cadastral zone (zona catastral).\n\nVII.—That the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Decreto Ejecutivo N° 34331, which has been in effect since September 27, 2008, establishes the technical requirements for the surveying of survey plans (planos de agrimensura).\n\nVIII.—That because the cadastral surveying work for Canton 06 Aguirre, District 01 Quepos, Province of Puntarenas has concluded, and in accordance with the provisions of article 19 of the National Cadastre Law and article 10 of its regulation, the holders of real estate in said district were invited to a public exhibition (exposición pública) to learn about the results of the surveying and express their conformity or non-conformity, an exhibition that took place from December 12 to 21, 2014.\n\nIX.—That the invitation to the public exhibition of the results of the cadastral surveying of Canton 06 Aguirre, District 01 Quepos, Province of Puntarenas, was published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta N° 236, of December 8, 2014, page 8, and in the newspapers of National Circulation La Teja of December 5, 2014, page 46, and in La Nación of December 10, 2014, page 20 A.\n\nX.—That in a resolution at nine o'clock in the morning on January thirteenth, two thousand twenty, the Real Estate Registry of the National Registry declared the resulting cadastral data from the cadastral surveying carried out in canton 06 Aguirre, district 01 Quepos, province of Puntarenas to be final.\n\nXI.—That the terms of the deadlines established in article 20 of the National Cadastre Law have already elapsed, and the claims filed by the owners were resolved by the Directorate of the Real Estate Registry of the National Registry.
