Asimismo, artículos 13,\n14, 15, 20, 21 de la Ley de Catastro Nacional Nº 6545 de 25 de marzo de 1981,\nartículos 7 y 26 de Reglamento a la Ley de Catastro Nacional, Decreto Ejecutivo\nNº 34331 de 29 de noviembre de 2007 (reformado por Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 34763\nde 16 de setiembre de 2008), Ley Nº 8154 de 27 de noviembre de 2001, \"Convenio\nde Préstamo Nº 1284/OC-CR, Programa de Regularización Catastro y Registro\",\nDecreto Ejecutivo Nº 30106- J, de 6 de diciembre de 2001, \"Declara Zona\nCatastral la Totalidad de los Cantones del Territorio Nacional\" y Decreto\nEjecutivo Nº 35509-J de 30 de setiembre de 2009, \"Reglamento de Organización\ndel Registro Inmobiliario\".\n\nConsiderando:\n\nI.-Que mediante Ley Nº 8710, publicada en La Gaceta Nº 48 del 10\nde marzo de 2009 se reforma el artículo 2 de la Ley Nº 5695, Ley de\nCreación del Registro Nacional, y sus reformas, indicando que el\nCatastro Nacional pasa a formar parte del Registro Inmobiliario.\n\nII.-Que el Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 35509-J de 30 de setiembre de 2009,\nReglamento de Organización del Registro Inmobiliario publicado en el Diario\nOficial La Gaceta Nº 198 del 13 de octubre de 2009, establece que el Registro\nInmobiliario está conformado por la Subdirección Catastral y la Subdirección\nRegistral.\n\nIII.-Que el Registro Inmobiliario del Registro Nacional, con fundamento\nen la Ley de Catastro Nacional Nº 6545 de 25 de marzo de 1981, en su artículo\n13 tiene como potestad exclusiva, la ejecución y mantenimiento del Catastro,\nfunción que puede delegar parcialmente en otras instituciones estatales.\n\nIV.-Que la Asamblea Legislativa, el 27 de noviembre de 2001, aprobó la\nLey Nº 8154, \"Convenio de Préstamo Nº 1284/OCCR, Programa de Regularización del\nCatastro y Registro\", suscrito entre el Gobierno de la República y el Banco\nInteramericano de Desarrollo (BID), para la ejecución del Programa de\nRegularización del Catastro y Registro Nacional, que por disposición de la misma\nley, está a cargo de una Unidad Ejecutora adscrita al Ministerio de Hacienda\ncomo órgano desconcentrado.\n\nV.-Que el Programa de Regularización del Catastro y Registro Nacional,\ntuvo como tarea el levantamiento catastral con el objetivo de formar el catastro\nnacional y compatibilizar la información catastral y registral de los\ninmuebles, en aplicación de lo que dispone la Ley de Catastro Nº 6545 de 25 de\nmarzo de 1981, función que culminó el 07 de mayo de 2014.\n\nVI.-Que de conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 1º Decreto\nEjecutivo Nº 30106-J donde se \"Declara Zona Catastral la Totalidad de los\nCantones del Territorio Nacional\" publicado en La Gaceta Nº 19 de\n28 de enero de 2002 y el artículo 7 del Reglamento a la Ley del Catastro\nNacional, Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 34331, el cual rige desde el 27 de setiembre de\n2008, la totalidad de los cantones del territorio nacional fueron declarados\nzona catastral.\n\nVII.-Que el Reglamento a la Ley de Catastro Nacional, Decreto Ejecutivo\nNº 34331 el cual rige desde el 27 de setiembre de 2008, establece los\nrequerimientos técnicos para el levantamiento de planos de agrimensura.\n\nVIII.-Que por haber concluido los trabajos de levantamiento catastral\ndel cantón 06 Aguirre, distrito 02 Savegre, provincia de Puntarenas, y de conformidad\ncon lo que establece el artículo 19 de la Ley de Catastro Nacional y 10 de su\nreglamento, fueron invitados los titulares de inmuebles de dicho distrito a una\nexposición pública para conocer los resultados del levantamiento y manifestar\nsu conformidad o disconformidad, exposición que se llevó a cabo del 12 al 21 de\ndiciembre del 2014.\n\nIX.-Que la invitación a la exposición pública de los resultados del\nlevantamiento catastral del cantón 06 Aguirre, distrito 02 Savegre, provincia\nde Puntarenas, fue publicada en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta Nº 236, del\n08 de diciembre del 2014, página 8 y en los diarios de Circulación Nacional La\nTeja del 05 de diciembre del 2014, página 46 y en La Nación del 10 de diciembre\ndel 2014, página 20 A.\n\nX.-Que en resolución de las ocho horas cuarenta y cinco minutos del\ntrece de enero del año dos mil veinte, el Registro Inmobiliario del Registro\nNacional declaró firmes los datos catastrales resultantes del levantamiento\ncatastral efectuado en el cantón 06 Aguirre, distrito 02 Savegre, provincia de\nPuntarenas.\n\nXI.-Que ya transcurrieron los términos de los plazos establecidos en el\nartículo 20 de la Ley del Catastro Nacional y fueron resueltos, por la\nDirección del Registro Inmobiliario del Registro Nacional, los reclamos presentados\npor los propietarios.
