Español (source)En lo que ha sido objeto de recurso, se revoca la resolución N°2025009787 de las once horas con veinte minutos del diez de octubre del dos mil veinticinco, dictada por la Sección Quinta del Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo y Civil de Hacienda, integrada por los Jueces Sergio Mena García, Ileana Sánchez Navarro y Juan Luis Giusti Soto. En su lugar, se ordena la continuación del proceso, con las partes que actualmente lo conforman.
