de Junta Directiva del A y A Sesión Ordinaria. Nº 44-2024-Fecha de Realización
02/Sep./2024.-Artículo 5- Atención de consultas sobre la propuesta de
modificación a la Norma Técnica para "Diseño y construcción de sistemas de
abastecimiento de agua potable, de saneamiento y pluvial (Acuerdo n.º
2017-281). Memorando PRE-J-2024-02821.- Atención Unidad Técnica de los
Servicios de Abastecimiento de Agua Potable y de Saneamiento. -Fecha

JUNTA
DIRECTIVA

De conformidad con la propuesta de
modificación a la Norma Técnica para "Diseño y construcción de sistemas de
abastecimiento de agua potable, de saneamiento y pluvial", la cual fue
sometida a consulta pública según el Acuerdo 2024- 0095, esta Junta Directiva
acuerda:

PRIMERO: Aprobar y publicar en el Diario Oficial La
Gaceta las modificaciones a la Norma Técnica para "Diseño y
construcción de sistemas de abastecimiento de agua potable, de saneamiento y
pluvial".

SEGUNDO: Comunicar al Ministerio de Economía,
Industria y Comercio a través del Sistema Digital de Control Previo (SICOPRE)
la presente reforma al documento originalmente aprobado mediante el acuerdo N°
2017-281, de previo a la publicación de las modificaciones en el Diario Oficial
La Gaceta.

TERCERO: Comunicar la norma técnica actualizada a
todos los operadores autorizados que, conjuntamente con A y A, brindan
servicios de abastecimiento de agua potable y de recolección, tratamiento y
disposición de aguas residuales.

CUARTO: Tener como respuesta a las posiciones
presentadas los informes técnicos PRE-UTSAPS-2024-00202, PRE-J-2024-02821 y que
se notifiquen una vez publicado el presente acuerdo.

Agreement of the Board of Directors of AyA, Ordinary Session No. 44-2024, Held on 02/Sep/2024.—Article 5— Addressing inquiries regarding the proposed modification to the Technical Standard for “Design and Construction of Drinking Water Supply, Sanitation, and Stormwater Systems (Agreement No. 2017-281).” Memorandum PRE-J-2024-02821.— Attention of the Technical Unit for Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Services. —Date of Communication 03/Sep/2024

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with the proposed modification to the Technical Standard for “Design and Construction of Drinking Water Supply, Sanitation, and Stormwater Systems,” which was submitted for public consultation pursuant to Agreement 2024-0095, this Board of Directors resolves:

FIRST: To approve and publish in the Official Gazette La Gaceta the modifications to the Technical Standard for “Design and Construction of Drinking Water Supply, Sanitation, and Stormwater Systems.”

SECOND: To communicate to the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Commerce, through the Digital System for Prior Control (SICOPRE), this reform to the document originally approved by Agreement No. 2017-281, prior to the publication of the modifications in the Official Gazette La Gaceta.

THIRD: To communicate the updated technical standard to all authorized operators that, jointly with AyA, provide drinking water supply services and wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal services.

FOURTH: To consider the technical reports PRE-UTSAPS-2024-00202 and PRE-J-2024-02821 as responses to the positions submitted, and that they be notified once this agreement is published.
