DECRETA:

REFORMA DE LA LEY 10 647, AMNISTÍA PARA EL REGISTRO DE POZOS NO INSCRITOS Y
OTORGAMIENTO DE CONCESIONES

PARA
EL APROVECHAMIENTO DEL RECURSO HÍDRICO EN ACTIVIDADES DE PRODUCCIÓN
AGROPECUARIA, DE 24 DE FEBRERO DE 2025

ARTÍCULO ÚNICO- Adiciónese un párrafo final al artículo 7 de la Ley 10647,
Amnistía para el Registro de Pozos no Inscritos y Otorgamiento de Concesiones
para el Aprovechamiento del Recurso Hídrico en Actividades de Producción
Agropecuaria, de 24 de febrero de 2025. El texto es el siguiente:

El Minae, como medida compensatoria y
excepcional, adicionará un cincuenta por ciento (50%) al monto vigente
correspondiente al pago del canon, a los pozos que se registren conforme a esta
ley, con caudales mayores de cinco litros (5L) por segundo.

Rige
a partir de su publicación.

Dado en la Presidencia de la República, San José, a los seis días del mes
de mayo del año dos mil veinticinco.

DECREES:

REFORM OF LAW 10647, AMNESTY FOR THE REGISTRATION OF UNREGISTERED WELLS AND
GRANTING OF CONCESSIONS

FOR
THE USE OF WATER RESOURCES IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION
ACTIVITIES, OF FEBRUARY 24, 2025

SINGLE ARTICLE- A final paragraph is added to Article 7 of Law 10647,
Amnesty for the Registration of Unregistered Wells and Granting of Concessions
for the Use of Water Resources in Agricultural Production
Activities, of February 24, 2025. The text is as follows:

The MINAE, as a compensatory and
exceptional measure, shall add fifty percent (50%) to the current amount
corresponding to the water-use fee (canon) payment, for wells registered under this
law, with flow rates (caudales) greater than five liters (5L) per second.

It shall enter into force
upon its publication.

Given at the Presidency of the Republic, San José, on the sixth day of the month
of May of the year two thousand twenty-five.
