Español (source)Artículo 1.- Interprétase el artículo 7 de la ley No.4071 del 09 de enero de 1968, en el sentido de que lo que se le traspasa a la Municipalidad del cantón central de Puntarenas, es el dominio sobre la zona marítima terrestre que comprende el salado o manglar, aledaño a los esteros que desaguan en la ría de Puntarenas, y los doscientos metros en tierra firme lindante con dicho salado, la que se declara zona urbana de la ciudad de Puntarenas.
English (translation)Article 1.- Article 7 of Law No. 4071 of January 9, 1968 is hereby interpreted to mean that what is transferred to the Municipality of the central canton of Puntarenas is ownership of the maritime terrestrial zone comprising the salt flat or mangrove adjacent to the estuaries that flow into the Puntarenas estuary, and the two hundred meters of solid ground bordering said salt flat, which is declared an urban zone of the city of Puntarenas.
