Segréganse terrenos del área de aduanas, migración y comercio pertenecientes al Refugio de Vida Silvestre situado en la línea divisoria entre las Repúblicas de Costa Rica y Nicaragua, en las coordenadas 354.600 y 360.400 (río Sapoá). Desde allí, aguas arriba del río Sapoá, hasta el punto ubicado entre las coordenadas 353.050 - 360.150, siguiendo hasta la línea divisoria entre Costa Rica y Nicaragua, en las coordenadas 353.500 - 359.750 y, de allí, hasta el primer punto citado al inicio.
ARTÍCULO 3.- Arrendamiento de terrenos
De conformidad con la Ley de titulación de tierras ubicadas en Reservas Nacionales, No. 7599, de 29 de abril de 1996, el Instituto de Desarrollo Agrario podrá dar en arrendamiento terrenos urbanos, construidos o no, dentro del área segregada descrita en el artículo 1 de esta ley.

Lands belonging to the Wildlife Refuge located on the dividing line between the Republics of Costa Rica and Nicaragua are hereby segregated from the customs, immigration, and trade area, at coordinates 354,600 and 360,400 (Sapoá River). From there, upstream of the Sapoá River, to the point located between coordinates 353,050 - 360,150, continuing to the dividing line between Costa Rica and Nicaragua at coordinates 353,500 - 359,750 and from there to the first point mentioned at the beginning.
ARTICLE 3.- Lease of lands
In accordance with the Law on Titling of Lands Located in National Reserves, No. 7599 of April 29, 1996, the Instituto de Desarrollo Agrario may lease urban lands, built or not, within the segregated area described in Article 1 of this law.

Ficha articulo ARTÍCULO 2.- Administración Esta zona será administrada por la municipalidad respectiva, la cual podrá entregar en concesión la prestación de los servicios o la realización de actividades productivas que ahí se realicen. Para fines de planificación y desarrollo urbanístico, la municipalidad contará con el asesoramiento y la colaboración del Instituto Nacional de Vivienda y Urbanismo y el Instituto Costarricense de Turismo. Segregation of Lands from the Northern Border Wildlife Refuge ARTICLE 1.- Segregation Lands from the customs, migration, and trade area belonging to the Wildlife Refuge located on the dividing line between the Republics of Costa Rica and Nicaragua, at coordinates 354,600 and 360,400 (Sapoá River), are hereby segregated. From there, upstream on the Sapoá River, to the point located between coordinates 353,050 - 360,150, continuing to the dividing line between Costa Rica and Nicaragua at coordinates 353,500 - 359,750 and, from there, to the first point mentioned at the beginning. The described values are part of cartographic sheet No. 3049-1 Piedras Blancas, scale 1:50,000 of the Instituto Geográfico Nacional of Costa Rica and of the plan of the Instituto de Desarrollo Agrario, ledger No. 5-2487, of November 1992. ARTICLE 2.- Administration This zone shall be administered by the respective municipality, which may grant under concession the provision of services or the carrying out of productive activities that take place there. For urban planning and development purposes, the municipality shall have the advice and collaboration of the Instituto Nacional de Vivienda y Urbanismo and the Instituto Costarricense de Turismo. ARTICLE 3.- Lease of lands In accordance with Law No. 7599 on the titling of lands located in National Reserves, of April 29, 1996, the Instituto de Desarrollo Agrario may lease urban lands, built upon or not, within the segregated area described in Article 1 of this law. ARTICLE 4.- Regulation The Executive Branch shall regulate this law within a maximum period of sixty days, counted from its publication in La Gaceta. It shall be effective upon its publication.
