Español (source)ARTICULO 2.- Se autoriza al Ministerio del Ambiente y Energía para inventariar, en todo el país, las maderas de su propiedad que, por cualquier razón, se encuentren en abandono y para donarlas al Ministerio de Educación Pública, siempre que se desconozcan los legítimos propietarios o, en caso de decomiso, esté firme la sentencia condenatoria.
English (translation)ARTICLE 2.- The Ministry of Environment and Energy is authorized to make an inventory, throughout the country, of the timber that belongs to it that for any reason has been abandoned, and to donate it to the Ministry of Public Education, provided that the legitimate owners are unknown or, in the event of confiscation, a final conviction has been issued.
