                        Reforma Reglamento Autónomo para la Adquisición de Tierras

INSTITUTO DE DESARROLLO AGRARIO

ASUNTO:  Adición al artículo 7º del
Reglamento Autónomo para
la Adquisición de Tierras.

A fin de que se sirva proceder a su ejecución, me
permito comunicarle el acuerdo tomado por la Junta Directiva en el artículo Nº
3 de la sesión ordinaria Nº 026-2011, celebrada el 18 de julio del 2011.

Artículo
tres

Se presenta para conocimiento y consideración de las y
los señores Directores el oficio PE-1240-2011, suscrito por el Sr. Rolando
González Ulloa, Presidente Ejecutivo, por medio del cual remite oficio
DAJ-431-2011, de la
 Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos, relacionado con la
posibilidad legal de que se nombren suplentes de los miembros de
la Comisión Técnica
Permanente de Análisis y Calificación de Fincas

Analizado el caso:

Acuerdo
Nº 3

Se conoce el oficio PE-1240-2011, suscrito por el Sr.
Rolando González Ulloa, Presidente Ejecutivo y con fundamento en el oficio
DAJ-431-2011, de la
 Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos, se acuerda:

        1) Adicionar
al artículo 7º del Reglamento Autónomo para la Adquisición de Tierras,
publicado en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta Nº 192, del 4 de octubre del
2010, lo siguiente:

         "Cada uno de los miembros de la Comisión
tendrá un suplente quien sustituirá a su respectivo titular en caso de ausencia
de éste y en las funciones que al titular competen. Los suplentes podrán ser
propuestos por los miembros de
la Comisión, pero su designación como tal
corresponde a la
 Presidencia Ejecutiva".

    2) Rige
a partir de su publicación en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta.

Acuerdo aprobado por unanimidad.

Comuníquese. Acuerdo
firme.

AGRARIAN DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE

SUBJECT:  Addition to Article 7 of the
Autonomous Regulation for
Land Acquisition.

In order that you may proceed with its execution, I
hereby communicate to you the agreement adopted by the Board of Directors in Article No.
3 of ordinary session No. 026-2011, held on July 18, 2011.

Article
three

Official communication PE-1240-2011, signed by Mr. Rolando
González Ulloa, Executive President, is presented for the knowledge and consideration of the
Directors, through which he forwards official communication
DAJ-431-2011, from the
 Legal Affairs Directorate, regarding the legal
possibility of appointing alternate members for the
Permanent Technical Commission for Property Analysis and Qualification

Having analyzed the case:

Agreement
No. 3

Official communication PE-1240-2011, signed by Mr.
Rolando González Ulloa, Executive President, is acknowledged, and based on official communication
DAJ-431-2011, from the
 Legal Affairs Directorate, it is agreed:

       1) To add
the following to Article 7 of the Autonomous Regulation for Land Acquisition,
published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 192, of October 4,
2010:

        "Each of the members of the Commission
shall have an alternate who shall replace their respective principal in the event of the principal's absence
and in the functions incumbent upon the principal. The alternates may be
proposed by the members of
the Commission, but their appointment as such
corresponds to the
 Executive Presidency."

   2) It enters into force
upon its publication in the Official Gazette La Gaceta.

Agreement approved unanimously.
