En lo que es objeto de recurso, se declara con lugar la apelación, y en consecuencia, se revoca el auto N°2024008317 de las quince horas con cincuenta y siete minutos del catorce de Noviembre del dos mil veinticuatro. En su lugar, se deniega la integración de la ASOCIACIÓN DE EMPLEADOS DEL MINAE (ASOMINAE), como litis consorte pasivo necesario.
