LEGISLATIVA DE LA REPÚBLICA DE COSTA RICA
DECRETA:
AUTORIZACIÓN
A LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE SIQUIRRES PARA QUE DONE UN
TERRENO DE SU
PROPIEDAD A LA ASOCIACIÓN ADMINISTRADORA DEL
ACUEDUCTO Y
ALCANTARILLADO SANITARIO INTEGRADA DEL
DISTRITO DE CAIRO (ASADA)
ARTÍCULO 1-
Se autoriza a la Municipalidad de Siquirres, cédula jurídica trescero uno
cuatro- cero cuatro dos uno dos seis (3-014-042126), para que done a la Asociación
Administradora del Acueducto y Alcantarillado Sanitario Integrada del Distrito
de Cairo, cédula jurídica tres- cero cero dos- siete dos dos seis uno ocho (3-002-722618),
la finca matrícula de la provincia de Limón uno tres seis uno siete dos- cero
cero cero (136172-000), plano L-1403302-201 O.
La finca se
describe, según el Registro Nacional, de la siguiente manera: finca número uno
tres seis uno siete dos- cero cero cero (136172-000), bien inmueble ubicado en:
Limón, Siquirres, distrito de la Alegría, calle los Ceibas, entrada principal 500
metros al este. Con las siguientes colindancias: al norte: María del Socorro Marín
Duran; al sur: Grupo Fallas y Víquez Sociedad Anónima; al este: Gerardo Vargas
Serrano; al oeste: calle pública con 106.56 de frente, con naciente. Con una superficie
de veinte mil metros cuadrados (20.000,00 m2), plano número L-1403302-2010, que
es terreno de pastos, con una naciente.
ARTÍCULO 2- La escritura y su inscripción se formalizarán ante notario público y estarán exentas del
pago de impuestos, tasa, timbres y derechos municipales.
ARTÍCULO 3-
La Asociación Administradora del Acueducto y Alcantarillado Sanitario Integrada
del Distrito de Cairo deberá inscribir la finca con una naturaleza de
protección a mantos acuíferos y nacientes; por lo tanto, estará sometida a la satisfacción
del interés público de protección del recurso hídrico en el cantón de Siquirres.
Rige a partir de su publicación.
Dado en la
Presidencia de la República, San José, a los quince días del mes de noviembre
del año dos mil veinticuatro.

AUTHORIZATION
FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIQUIRRES TO DONATE A
PLOT OF LAND OWNED
BY IT TO THE INTEGRATED ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATION FOR THE
AQUEDUCT AND
SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM OF THE
DISTRICT OF CAIRO (ASADA)
ARTICLE 1-
The Municipality of Siquirres, legal identity number three-zero-one
four-zero-four-two-one-two-six (3-014-042126), is authorized to donate to the Integrated Administrative Association for the Aqueduct and Sanitary Sewer System of the District
of Cairo, legal identity number three-zero-zero-two-seven-two-two-six-one-eight (3-002-722618),
the property registered in the province of Limón under folio number one-three-six-one-seven-two-zero-zero-zero (136172-000), plan L-1403302-201 O.
The property is
described, according to the National Registry, as follows: property number one-three-six-one-seven-two-zero-zero-zero (136172-000), a real estate located in:
Limón, Siquirres, district of La Alegría, Los Ceibas street, main entrance 500
meters east. With the following boundaries: to the north: María del Socorro Marín
Duran; to the south: Grupo Fallas y Víquez Sociedad Anónima; to the east: Gerardo Vargas
Serrano; to the west: public street with 106.56 of frontage, with a spring (naciente). With an area
of twenty thousand square meters (20,000.00 m2), plan number L-1403302-2010, which
is pasture land, with a spring (naciente).
ARTICLE 2- The deed and its registration shall be formalized before a notary public and shall be exempt from the
payment of taxes, fees, stamps, and municipal charges.
ARTICLE 3-
The Integrated Administrative Association for the Aqueduct and Sanitary Sewer System of the District of Cairo must register the property with a designation of
protection for aquifers and springs (nacientes); therefore, it shall be subject to the satisfaction
of the public interest in the protection of water resources in the canton of Siquirres.
It shall enter into force upon its publication.
Given at the
Presidency of the Republic, San José, on the fifteenth day of the month of November
of the year two thousand twenty-four.
