Summary

English
This executive decree repeals Executive Decree No. 22665-MP-J-TUR of October 26, 1993, which had authorized the National Cadastre to register survey plans in the maritime-terrestrial zone and other restricted zones. With this repeal, the exception that allowed such registrations is eliminated, reestablishing the general prohibition on registering plans in these protected areas. The measure seeks to strengthen the protection of the maritime-terrestrial zone, preventing the cadastral regularization of occupations or subdivisions on lands that are part of the public domain and subject to a special regime of use and conservation. The decree takes effect immediately upon publication.

Este decreto ejecutivo deroga el Decreto Ejecutivo N° 22665-MP-J-TUR del 26 de octubre de 1993, que había autorizado al Catastro Nacional para inscribir planos de agrimensura en la zona marítimo-terrestre y otras zonas restringidas. Con esta derogación, se elimina la excepción que permitía tales inscripciones, restableciendo la prohibición general de inscribir planos en estas áreas protegidas. La medida busca reforzar la protección de la zona marítimo-terrestre, impidiendo la regularización catastral de ocupaciones o fraccionamientos en terrenos que forman parte del patrimonio público y están sujetos a un régimen especial de uso y conservación. El decreto tiene efectos inmediatos a partir de su publicación.
