DECRETA:

REFORMA DEL PRIMER PÁRRAFO DEL ARTÍCULO 11 DE
LA LEY

N.º 7317, LEY DE CONSERVACIÓN DE
LA VIDA SILVESTRE,

DE 30 DE OCTUBRE DE 1992, Y SUS REFORMAS

ARTÍCULO ÚNICO.-

 

Refórmase el primer párrafo del artículo 11 de
la Ley N.° 7317, Ley
de Conservación de la
 Vida Silvestre, de 30 de octubre de 1992, y sus reformas. El
texto es el siguiente:

 

"Artículo 11.-

 

EI Sistema Nacional de Áreas de Conservación (Sinac), mediante su
personalidad jurídica instrumental, con el objeto de hacer cumplir los fines de
esta ley y atender los gastos que de esta se deriven, administrará los recursos
del Fondo de Vida Silvestre; para estos efectos contará con el setenta y cinco
por ciento (75%) del total de los recursos.
La Comisión Nacional
para la Gestión
de la Biodiversidad
(Conagebio) dispondrá de un veinticinco por ciento (25%) para atender las
obligaciones derivadas del ejercicio de sus competencias legales; para ello, el
Sinac deberá realizar la transferencia respectiva. El Fondo estará constituido
por los siguientes recursos económicos:

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF COSTA RICA

DECREES:

REFORM OF THE FIRST PARAGRAPH OF ARTICLE 11 OF LAW No. 7317, WILDLIFE CONSERVATION LAW, OF OCTOBER 30, 1992, AND ITS REFORMS

SINGLE ARTICLE.-

The first paragraph of Article 11 of Law No. 7317, Wildlife Conservation Law, of October 30, 1992, and its reforms, is reformed. The text is as follows:

"Article 11.-

The National System of Conservation Areas (Sistema Nacional de Áreas de Conservación, SINAC), through its instrumental legal personality, for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the objectives of this law and covering the expenses derived therefrom, shall administer the resources of the Wildlife Fund; for these purposes it shall have seventy-five percent (75%) of the total resources.
The National Commission for Biodiversity Management (Comisión Nacional para la Gestión de la Biodiversidad, CONAGEBIO) shall have twenty-five percent (25%) to meet the obligations arising from the exercise of its legal powers; to this end, SINAC must make the respective transfer. The Fund shall be constituted by the following economic resources:
